Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using My Golf Distances ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

Description of Service

My Golf Distances is a personal golf yardage tracking application that allows you to:

• Record and organize your golf club distances
• Track carry and total distances for each club
• Sync your data across devices via iCloud
• View quick reference charts for your bag

User Responsibilities

When using the app, you agree to:

• Use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the app
• Not use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Accept responsibility for the accuracy of data you enter

Intellectual Property

The app, including its design, features, and content, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the app without explicit permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee that:

• The app will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Distance recommendations will improve your game
• Data will never be lost (please maintain backups)

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

iCloud Services

The app uses Apple's iCloud service for data synchronization. Your use of iCloud is subject to Apple's terms and conditions. We are not responsible for any issues arising from iCloud service interruptions.

Modifications to the App

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the app at any time without notice. We may also update these terms periodically, and continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it from your device. We may terminate or suspend your access to the app if you violate these terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
